Metro53 - GUJRAT: Assistant Commissioner Gujrat Abdul Qadeer Zarkoon visited the Land Record Centre in Jalalpur Jattan along with the chief officer of the municipal committee and a sub-engineer from the buildings department to review administrative arrangements and public facilities.
During the visit, the assistant commissioner received feedback from citizens and listened to their complaints regarding services at the centre. Officials concerned were directed to address public grievances on a priority basis.
Mr Zarkoon instructed the municipal committee to immediately ensure the installation of fans in the open waiting area to provide relief to visitors amid rising temperatures.
He also directed the buildings department to prepare estimates for the construction of an additional hall and washrooms in view of the increasing number of visitors at the facility.
The district administration reiterated its commitment to improving public facilitation and enhancing service delivery by utilising all available resources.
