Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk) — A dawn police encounter during an ongoing anti-narcotics drive by CCD Police resulted in the killing of Lalamusa’s notorious drug dealer, Shahid Hussain. According to police officials, Hussain had long been involved in narcotics trafficking and faced multiple criminal cases.
Authorities said he had been jailed several times but repeatedly returned to drug peddling after his release. Police added that operations were being intensified under a zero-tolerance policy to rid the area of narcotics.
Officials further stated that efforts to dismantle the drug network “from its roots” would be accelerated across Gujrat.
