Metro53 - Jhelum (Web Desk) — Deputy Commissioner Jhelum Mir Reza Ozgen has issued strict directives regarding several ongoing development projects aimed at improving the city’s aesthetics and providing modern facilities to residents. He said all schemes would be completed on time to ensure maximum public benefit.
The instructions were issued during an important consultative meeting with Assistant Commissioner Jhelum Shamsur Rahman and District & Municipal Committee CEO Zia Ranjha. The deputy commissioner stressed that there would be no compromise on the quality of work and that transparency would be ensured at every stage.
He added that road improvement, enhancement of sanitation services, and upgrades to essential urban infrastructure were progressing swiftly, with the administration personally monitoring each project.
Assistant Commissioner Shamsur Rahman and CEO Zia Ranjha briefed the deputy commissioner on the current status and pace of the projects, assuring him that all schemes would be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
DC Mir Reza Ozgen expressed hope that the completion of these development works would provide the citizens of Jhelum with improved travel facilities, a cleaner environment, and enhanced urban amenities.
