Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk): Another significant step has been taken to modernize public recreational facilities as Deputy Commissioner Gujrat, Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi, has formally inaugurated the modern dancing fountain project at Shehbaz Sharif Park. Practical work on the project has commenced from today.
The project is being developed on the pattern of the dancing fountain installed at Lahore Safari Park and will serve as a new and attractive recreational facility for citizens.
On the occasion of the project’s launch, Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi visited the park and issued clear instructions to the concerned officers and contractors to ensure that construction work is completed in accordance with the approved design and prescribed quality standards. She expressed firm resolve that the project has been assigned a completion period of three months, and no delay will be tolerated.
According to the district administration, the dancing fountain project will be regularly and closely monitored to ensure quality of work, timely progress, and implementation of safety measures. The administration stated that the project aims not only to enhance the beauty of the park but also to provide a safe, pleasant, and modern recreational environment for citizens, especially children and families.
Officials further stated that the dancing fountain will feature a modern lighting system, water jets synchronized with music, and captivating visual effects, which will further enhance the park’s charm during nighttime. Upon completion, Shehbaz Sharif Park will be counted among the prominent recreational destinations of Gujrat.
The district administration has appealed to citizens to cooperate during the construction phase and to follow the guidelines issued by the administration regarding ongoing activities in the park. It is worth mentioning that a sample video of a dancing fountain is also being shared with this news to give the public a glimpse of the project and to better inform them about this upcoming facility.
