Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk):Preparations in Gujrat have reached their peak ahead of the visit of Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, scheduled for February 16 (Monday).
Maryam Nawaz Sharif will visit the University of Gujrat, where she will attend a special ceremony for the distribution of laptops among students.
To finalise the visit and review security and administrative arrangements, a high-level meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner Office Gujrat. During the meeting, security measures and other logistical arrangements were thoroughly reviewed, and officials informed that the schedule is being finalised to ensure the programme is conducted in an organised manner.
Provincial Minister Chaudhry Shafay Hussain will accompany the Chief Minister during the visit. Upon arrival at the university, Vice Chancellor Dr Zahoor ul Haq will formally welcome the distinguished guests.
