Metro53 - ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an advisory urging Pakistani citizens residing in Iran to remain vigilant in view of prevailing security concerns.
The Foreign Office has advised citizens to avoid unnecessary travel, limit movement, and stay in continuous contact with Pakistani diplomatic missions. The Pakistani Embassy in Tehran has also shared emergency contact numbers to ensure immediate assistance in case of any urgent situation.
Additionally, consular contact numbers have been provided for other major Iranian cities, including Zahedan and Mashhad. Citizens have been urged to closely monitor the situation and avoid any suspicious or potentially risky circumstances.
The Foreign Office emphasized that Pakistan’s diplomatic missions remain fully available to assist their nationals and will provide immediate support whenever required.
