Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk) – Political tensions surfaced in Lala Musa after the inauguration ceremony of a development project. Pakistan Peoples Party leader and cousin of former Federal Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira, Nadeem Asghar Kaira, strongly reacted to the statements of Pakistan Muslim League-N MNA Naseer Abbas Sidhu and criticized him sharply.
Speaking exclusively to Metro 53, Chaudhry Nadeem Asghar Kaira said that Naseer Abbas Sidhu is a “Form 47 MNA” and that the people of Lala Musa are being misled in the name of Rs20 billion development funds. He said big claims are being made, but in reality no visible development work can be seen.
He stated that in the past, the Pakistan Peoples Party spread a network of development projects from Gujrat to Sarai Alamgir and ensured gas supply to every household, but the current representatives are limited to promises only.
Nadeem Asghar Kaira further revealed that the contract for the Lala Musa sewerage project was cancelled three times, raising many questions. He questioned why the sewerage project contract was repeatedly cancelled and why the public is being deceived in the name of funds.
He added that the false promises of Naseer Abbas Sidhu have now been exposed before the public and the citizens of Lala Musa are watching everything. According to Nadeem Asghar Kaira, the people will soon decide the truth and the lies themselves.
