Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk) – Assistant Commissioner Abdul Qadir Zarkoon visited the Gujrat fruit and vegetable market to oversee the auctioning process of fruits and vegetables.
During the visit, he reviewed the auction procedures, pricing, and the supply situation of food items in the market. Relevant officials were also present on the occasion.
The Assistant Commissioner directed that the auction process must be completely transparent, emphasizing that any irregularities will not be tolerated.
He further stated that ensuring the public receives fruits and vegetables at fair and fixed prices is the administration’s top priority, and continuous monitoring will be maintained to achieve this goal.
