Metro53 - Peshawar (Web Desk) – The funeral prayers for four brothers killed by mortar shells fired from Afghanistan were held in Bajaur.
Their uncle, Zahir Hanif, told BBC News Urdu that a few days before the incident, the brothers had visited him and said they wanted to gather everyone for an Eid feast. “Who would have known that on Eid, they themselves would no longer be among us,” he lamented.
The tragic incident has left the local community in mourning and highlights the ongoing tensions along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
