Details reveal that in 2023, Gujrat held the 5th position in district performance rankings, which dropped to 14th in 2024. According to quarterly reports of 2025, the ranking fluctuated between 4th and 20th position, with the latest assessment placing Gujrat at 13th, a position that remains unchanged.
The report highlights improvements in revenue recovery, administrative meetings, and monitoring by assistant commissioners. However, areas such as inflation control, cleanliness drives, actions against encroachments, and field monitoring showed comparatively lower performance.
