Metro53 - New York (Web Desk) — Emad Siddiqui, the 18-year-old nephew of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, was shot dead in Houston, leaving the Pakistani community in the U.S. deeply shocked.
According to police, the incident occurred in Alton during a carjacking, when unknown suspects opened fire on Emad Siddiqui and fled the scene in a Chrysler vehicle.
Authorities stated that nearby CCTV footage has helped identify the suspects, and the Pasadena Police Department is actively conducting raids at multiple locations to apprehend the culprits.
Emad Siddiqui’s funeral prayer is scheduled to be held today after Zuhr prayers at Masjid Sabreen, with a large gathering expected.
