Metro53 - TEHRAN: A 16-year-old Iranian student, Amir Parast Zadeh, has donated her 55 million toman academic award for the reconstruction of a school in the southern region of Minab, in a gesture highlighting compassion and commitment to education.

According to reports, the student, who hails from Khuzestan, dedicated the prize money to support the rebuilding of a school in Minab, located in Hormozgan.

The school, local sources claim, was destroyed in strikes attributed to the United States and Israel, resulting in the loss of infrastructure and reportedly causing casualties among students. Independent verification of these claims remains limited.

The student’s contribution is being widely viewed as a symbolic act of solidarity with affected children and a reaffirmation of the value of education in the face of adversity.

Observers say the gesture sends a broader message that efforts to promote learning and rebuild communities can persist despite conflict and destruction.
