News of Fed Something Harmful in Jail

Metro53 - Lahore (Web Desk) — In a sensational revelation made during a news channel’s program “Jawab Do” with Farrukh Warraich, senior PML-N leader Senator Nasir Butt claimed that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was deliberately given harmful substances during his imprisonment.

Speaking on the program, Nasir Butt alleged that when Nawaz Sharif was in jail, he was provided certain things as part of a planned scheme, which severely affected his health and caused his platelet count to drop to dangerous levels. According to Nasir Butt, Nawaz Sharif personally told him about this, but had instructed him at the time not to disclose it to anyone. “Today, for the first time, I am revealing this truth to the media,” he said.

He added that the sudden and drastic fall in platelet count was the reason Nawaz Sharif had to be rushed to London for emergency medical treatment.
