Metro53 - Gujrat: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on Tuesday for the establishment of a free dialysis centre at the THQ Hospital in Kharian.
The MoU was signed between Deputy Commissioner and Administrator District Health Authority Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain and a representative of the Citizen Welfare Society Kharian, Ms Aroosa.
Under the agreement, the District Health Authority Gujrat will provide infrastructure, human resources and utilities for the facility, while the Citizen Welfare Society Kharian will supply five dialysis machines and bear their operational costs.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning Zulfiqar Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer Health Dr Atta-ul-Munim, and other concerned officials were also present on the occasion.
