Metro53 - Dinah (Web Desk) – Assistant Commissioner Dinah, Safa Abid, took major action on Dinah Bypass by sealing three scrap yards. The operation targeted garbage dumping and scrap accumulation along the GT Road and main bypass, which were not only affecting the city’s appearance but also disrupting traffic flow.
During the inspection, the Assistant Commissioner found that scrap yard owners were spreading materials on the main road, causing encroachments and filth. He emphasized that a zero-tolerance policy is being implemented against those polluting or encroaching on main highways.
The administration stated that such actions will continue to keep the city clean and ensure smooth traffic flow. All owners have been warned to keep their scrap within designated areas and fully comply with sanitation rules.
