Metro53 - Karachi (Web Desk) – Marvi Malik, the only daughter of Sherry Rehman, has passed away at the age of 35.
According to reports, Marvi Malik had been receiving treatment in a Karachi hospital for a brain hemorrhage. Family sources stated that she was admitted to a private hospital in Clifton five days ago, and three days prior to her passing, her condition worsened, leading to her being placed on a ventilator.
The family confirmed that her death was due to a brain hemorrhage. Her funeral prayer is scheduled for Monday at 3:30 PM in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, followed by burial in a local cemetery.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep sorrow over her passing, offering condolences to Senator Sherry Rehman and her family. He prayed for Marvi Malik’s elevated status in the hereafter and for patience for the grieving family, stating that the nation shares in their grief.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also extended condolences to Sherry Rehman, praying for patience in this time of sorrow.
Senior PPP leader Shazia Marri expressed deep grief over Marvi Malik’s death, calling it an irreparable loss. She prayed for Marvi Malik’s forgiveness, high ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and for her family to bear the loss with patience and courage.
Asif Ali Zardari, President of Pakistan, also expressed profound sorrow and extended prayers for the departed soul and strength for the grieving family.
