Metro53 - RAWALPINDI: Commander of the National Strategic Command, General Syed Amir Raza, visited the Naval Headquarters and Air Headquarters, where he held separate meetings with Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf and Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the naval and air chiefs congratulated Gen Raza on assuming charge as the first Commander of the National Strategic Command.
The meetings included discussions on professional matters and issues of mutual interest, the military's media wing said.
The engagements underscored continued coordination among the armed forces on strategic and professional affairs, although no further details of the discussions were disclosed by the ISPR.
