Metro53 - GUJRAT: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Chaudhry Zeeshan Ali Younis Tanda has won the LA-38 Jammu-V (Gujrat) seat in the 2026 Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) General Elections.
According to unofficial and provisional results, Zeeshan Younis secured 13,652 votes, defeating Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) candidate Chaudhry Akbar Ibrahim, who received 9,523 votes. The PML-N candidate claimed victory with a margin of 4,129 votes.
Among the other contenders, Muhammad Umar Siddique of Jamaat-e-Islami secured 1,551 votes, while Raja Shahid Iqbal of Pakistan Peoples Party (AJK) finished fourth with 457 votes.
Voter turnout in the constituency stood at 53 percent. Out of 50,225 registered voters across 115 polling stations, 26,647 cast their ballots. Of these, 26,199 votes were declared valid, while 448 ballots were rejected.
