Metro53 - Islamabad (Web Desk):The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has rejected the petition filed regarding judicial jurisdiction in the arms and narcotics recovery case against journalist Matiullah Jan.
After the completion of arguments from both sides, the court reserved its verdict, which was later announced. ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case and scheduled it for framing of charges.
According to the court order, charges will be formally framed against Matiullah Jan tomorrow, while further hearing of the case has been adjourned until February 19.
