Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk): Two people were killed in a traffic accident in Sarai Alamgir, Gujrat.
According to details, the accident occurred in the Rakh Pabi Sarkar area while a truck was traveling uphill from Kharian towards Sarai Alamgir. During the climb, the truck’s brakes failed, causing it to reverse backward and collide with another truck coming from behind.
The collision proved fatal, resulting in the on-the-spot deaths of the truck driver and his helper. The deceased were identified as Zaheer Abbas and Parvez.
Police and rescue teams reached the scene promptly and shifted the bodies to the hospital. Police have taken the truck along with its driver into custody and initiated further legal action.
