Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk) — Under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Dr. Zahoor-ul-Haq Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, the University of Gujrat held a high-level meeting at Hafiz Hayat Campus.
The meeting was attended by the Registrar, Deans of various faculties, Directors of administrative departments, Heads and Chairpersons of multiple academic departments, and senior members of the university administration. On the occasion, Dr. Zahoor-ul-Haq extended Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to all participants.
The agenda focused on reviewing the mid-term examination process amid the current national situation. Various steps for conducting the exams satisfactorily were discussed, including whether the exams would be held online or physically. Departments shared their preparations, and a detailed exchange of ideas took place regarding ensuring transparency and efficiency in the exam process.
Dr. Zahoor-ul-Haq emphasized the importance of creating a strong and transparent system for the Spring 2026 mid-term exams. He stated, “Students are the most valuable asset of the University of Gujrat. The existence of universities depends on the presence of students. Facilitating their academic journey is our greatest achievement. Teachers’ encouragement further enhances students’ academic success.”
The meeting also reviewed suggestions and recommendations to address departmental challenges and resolve issues faced by repeat students regarding timetables in an organized manner.
