Metro53 - JHELUM (Web Desk): A newborn baby girl was recovered from a vacant plot in Sohawa on Wednesday, in what officials described as a distressing incident.
According to reports, the infant was found near a mosque in the Qasab Mohallah area. Upon receiving information, a team from Rescue 1122 promptly reached the scene and took the बच्ची into protective custody.
The baby was immediately shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital in Sohawa, where her condition was reported to be stable. Authorities said necessary measures were being taken to ensure her health and safety.
Officials are expected to initiate further investigation into the incident.
