Metro53 - Karachi (Web Desk) — A case has been registered against unidentified individuals for burning a robber alive in Karachi’s Orangi Town.

According to police officials, the FIR has been lodged on behalf of the state and includes the charge of murder. The case mentions 30 to 35 unidentified persons.

Officials said the robber, identified as Sajid, had earlier shot and killed a citizen during a robbery attempt when the victim resisted.

Police added that the suspects involved in burning the robber are being identified with the help of mobile phone footage of the incident.

It may be recalled that the robber, who was set ablaze, had killed a citizen on Monday during a robbery when the victim offered resistance.
