Metro53 - Rawalpindi (Web Desk) — A Rawalpindi court has sentenced Imran Khan to death in a high-profile murder case that occurred in the Dhamial area. Additional District and Sessions Judge Afshan Ijaz Sofi announced the verdict and also imposed a fine of Rs 500,000 on the convict.
The court ordered that the sentence be carried out by hanging until death occurs. According to the court, the crime was committed out of personal enmity, with the accused killing the victim as he was leaving the mosque after Friday prayers.
