Metro53 - Faisalabad (Web Desk):Federal Minister for Interior, Senator Talal Chaudhry, has expressed support for the creation of new provinces in Pakistan. Speaking to the media in Faisalabad, he stated that Punjab’s resources are comparatively limited and new provinces should be established to improve governance.
According to Geo News, Talal Chaudhry said that governance is better in areas where new provinces are created and that new provinces are particularly needed in regions where administration is weak.
He also commented on agricultural issues, saying that farmers are not getting fair prices for their crops. Highlighting disparities, he added that while Punjab is considered a secure province, other provinces lack basic facilities available even for animals in Punjab.
Chaudhry concluded by saying, “Critics will criticize, but we will continue working.”
