Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk): Senior Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Salik Hussain held a meeting with Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf and Member of the National Assembly Chaudhry Ilyas, during which the country’s current political and economic situation was discussed in detail.
According to sources, the meeting focused on political stability, religious harmony, and upcoming constitutional and parliamentary matters. Chaudhry Salik Hussain emphasized that cooperation and reconciliation among political parties are essential for the country’s development and prosperity. He said that the government and opposition should engage in open dialogue in the national interest to reassure the public through effective solutions to their problems.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf stated during the meeting that the government and parliamentarians must take joint steps to promote religious harmony and interfaith tolerance.
