Metro53 - Gujrat (Web Desk):District Police Officer (DPO) Gujrat, Rana Umar Farooq, officially inaugurated the newly constructed building of Dhal Bangash Police Post. The inauguration ceremony was attended by police officers, local residents, and prominent citizens, who welcomed the initiative as a positive step for the community.
During the event, DPO Gujrat conducted a detailed inspection of the new police post and reviewed the facilities provided. He stated that the modern building, constructed according to current standards, will play a key role in delivering better services, ensuring timely justice, and providing a safe environment for citizens. He added that improving police posts strengthens trust and cooperation between the public and law enforcement.
Rana Umar Farooq directed the officers and staff posted at the police post to interact with the public courteously and professionally. He emphasized that the issues of visitors should be addressed on a priority basis to ensure that citizens do not face unnecessary inconvenience.
He further stated that Gujrat Police is committed to protecting lives and property, maintaining law and order in the district, and continuously improving the policing system. DPO Rana Umar Farooq reaffirmed that public service, transparency, and upholding the rule of law remain the top priorities of Gujrat Police.
