Metro53 - MULTAN (Web Desk): A 35-year-old woman was killed while her 60-year-old mother was seriously injured in an alleged firing incident in New Zakariya Town, within the jurisdiction of Seetal Mari police station in Multan.
According to police, the incident occurred over a longstanding dispute. The victim, identified as Amna Naz, died after being shot, while her mother, Abida Parveen, sustained critical injuries and was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
Police said the alleged suspect, Naeem Ahmed, fled the scene after the firing. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced.
A case has been registered, and police have launched an operation to arrest the suspect.
