Metro53 - GUJRAT (Web Desk): The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) street movement caravan, led by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Khan Afridi, reached Gujrat after passing through Lahore, Sialkot and Wazirabad.
A large number of people gathered in Gujrat to welcome the KP chief minister. Supporters showered his vehicle with flower petals and chanted slogans in support of PTI founder Imran Khan.
PTI supporters described the large turnout as a sign of continued public support for the party, claiming that people had overcome fear despite what they called restrictions and hurdles created by the Punjab government.
The caravan is part of PTI's ongoing street movement, with party workers and supporters participating at different points along the route.
