According to the district administration, the bus has been formally handed over to the teachers and students to ensure safe and convenient transportation to the educational institution. This initiative is being hailed as a positive development in the field of special education.
On the occasion, a delegation of special children visited the Deputy Commissioner’s office to thank him and also congratulated him on his promotion to Grade 19.
The event was attended by Deputy Director Special Education Shiraz Cheema, Principal Mrs. Misbah Kausar, Focal Person Misbah Rani, Principal Ms. Khushta, and students from various male and female special education institutions. Participants appreciated the provision of transport for special children and praised the district administration for its efforts.
