The Deputy Commissioner expressed concern over the slow pace of progress on the project and directed that the speed of work be increased. She further instructed that in areas where focal persons have not yet identified land, the process should be completed immediately.
Later, the Deputy Commissioner visited the ongoing Model Village Project in Moinuddin Pur Syedan. Political Secretary Taimoor Butt, Deputy Director Development Tasawar Waraich, and Divisional Coordinator Model Village Program Muhammad Abdullah accompanied her.
Chairman Syed Aqeel Abbas Shah and former Councillor Syed Sajil Abbas Shah briefed her on the progress of the project. The Deputy Commissioner expressed displeasure over the slow pace of work and directed the contractor to accelerate progress and ensure that no compromise is made on quality so that the project can be completed within the stipulated time.
